Best of 2015, Part 1

It’s always so hard to pick favorites from a wonderful year of pet portraits! While not an exhaustive list, here’s just a few the images I like from this past year… part 1! (see part 2 here)

Bodie

Thes images highlight Bodie as a water dog! In the small urban park we did his session, he couldn’t keep out of the fountain. While playing fetch with his ball, instead of bringing it back to his mom, he would take it to the water! It took a while to dry him off for the images at home! See more of Bodie here.

Pita, Bebe and Carl the Cactus

Sometimes a client comes to me with a wonderful, wacky idea. Each animal (and plant) represents one of the three housemates who won this portrait session for their great work fundraising for the MSPCA in their Big Snooze campaign. See more of their session here.

Nora

A sweet old girl in one of the most loving families I’ve ever encountered. Her health has been dwindling recently and left her a bit wobbly, but seeing her placidity in her dad’s lap melts my heart every time! See more of her session here.
